What dates does the tracker follow?
For each property: the earliest rent increase and Form 4A serve-by date, gas safety (12 months), EICR (5 years), EPC (10 years), deposit protection (30 days), licence expiry, right to rent follow-ups, pet request replies, MR2 replies, Form 3A court and expiry dates, the landlord database deadline for its region, and repair timelines.
Does it send reminders?
Not yet. Export the dates to your calendar (.ics works with Google, Apple and Outlook calendars) and they come with alerts before each deadline. Email and text reminders are planned.
Is my data private?
Yes. It is saved in this browser’s storage and never sent to us. Download a backup file to keep a copy or move it to another device.
How many properties can I add?
As many as you like during the beta. It is designed for landlords with one to ten homes.
